Fees

Team fees represent the bulk of support for our program.

Discounts:  5% discount for 2nd swimmer, 10% discount for 3rd swimmer and 15% for 4th swimmer or family cap of $300.00 per month. 

Team fees are structured to contribute to the operating expenses of our club. The fees are structured as yearly dues divided into monthly amounts for billing purposes. Refunds are made only in case of injury that prevents a swimmer from swimming. 

Late Payments: Dues are payable the 1st of each month. Reminder letters will be sent the 16th of each month to families with outstanding dues and a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed. If fees are not current by the 1st of the next month, swimmers will be suspended from all meets until dues have been paid. Dues outstanding after 45 days will result in swimmers being removed from practice as well. After 60 days, suspension continues and a collection agency will be notified.

Families are not billed for dues. Fees may be dropped in the mailbox inside the office door or mailed to the team mailbox:

SAC does not want swimmers to drop out of the team because of their family is unable to meet all of their team fees. Scholarship assistance is available and cases are considered individually by the Head Coach. Communication is key! Let Judy know in the office if you are unable to make your payment on time.

Scottsdale Team Registration Fee:  There is an $60 per swimmer non-refundable team registration fee. The registration fee covers the cost of printing team handout and meet information, end of the year awards, billing costs, postage, relay entry fees and a pool surcharge. Fee is payable September 1st or when new swimmer starts.

Administrative Fee:  A $15 fee per family is due Sept 1st or upon registration.  This fee is waived if a family is registered for E-scrip.

USA Swimming Registration:  To be a member of SAC, every swimmer must be a USA Swimming registered swimmer. This covers the swimmer with liability insurance while at practice, organized events and swim meets. Upon registering with USA swimming, the swimmer will have a USA swimming number that is required on all meet entry forms. A copy of the swimmer's birth certificate is required for registration.
